RETURNS INFORMATION
The Invoice/Delivery Note emailed to you, is also the Returns Form which needs completing and putting INSIDE the returns parcel.
The return & refund process will be delayed if this is not included, as the bar code is used to refund and restock.
Please refer to the delivery & returns information on the school shop product page to see any specific returns information for your school.

REFUNDS
Items may be returned direct to us for a refund of the product value provided they are returned with a completed Returns Form (which is the invoice/delivery note emailed on despatch), unworn and in their original condition, with hangers, swing tickets & packaging within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Otherwise, they may not be eligible for a refund or a full refund.
All refunds are made back to the card – or PayPal - originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods in the condition described above, although most banks credit your account within 5/10 working days
