To view & purchase your school’s uniform you must be using a correctly registered a/c as described below

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Some schools offer a free delivery service to their school; if this is available for your school it will be shown as an option at the checkout. If you select this service your package will be delivered to your school’s reception free of charge.  

You will normally receive your order according to your own school's delivery schedule shown on the uniform garment pages. 

Home delivery charges

We send all our packages for home delivery by either Royal Mail or courier dependant on the weight & value of the order. Deliveries must be signed for except for orders under £20 in value. 

Delivery & packaging costs are as follows;    

Within the UK:   £ 3.25 for orders over £1.00 in value.
£ 6.50 for orders over £20.00 in value.
£10.00 for orders over £45.00 in value (unless otherwise stated at the checkout).

 

If we need to send you more than one package, you will only pay once per order.

You will normally receive your goods within 7 working days from receipt of payment. Please allow a few extra days in the busy summer months.    


RETURNS 


We do not operate an exchange service. Items may be returned direct to us for a refund of the product value provided they are returned, with the returns form mentioned below, unworn and in their original condition & packaging within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Any items received back which are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.  All refunds are made back to the card originally used to make the purchase usually within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods in the condition described above.   

In every despatch we include a returns form which contains all of the information we need to process your return. 

All items which are returned must be accompanied with this returns form completed as appropriate. 

You may return your order direct to us via a Royal Mail Service or you may use your own courier service. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your post office since we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. 

Any replacements required must be ordered & paid for on a new order.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as consumer.
