Can I change my delivery address

We will do our best to carry out your request but in the busy times this may not be possible, due to the number of orders that must be despatched that day

If the order has been picked and packed, we may not be able to stop or change the order. You will then need to return the item/full order for a refund of that cost. We will not be able to refund the shipping cost

If a delivery fee is payable due to the delivery address change, then we will have to cancel and refund the order. You will need to place a new order online as we are unable to take payments over the phone
