CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

How can I change my order

We will do our best to carry out your request, but in the busy times this may not be possible due to the number of orders that must be despatched that day. We will reply to your email

Please email us (CLICK HERE for contact form) and select AMEND ORDER.  This will help us to identify your email as quickly as possible

Please ensure you include the information below:

Order Number

School Name

Order Name

If the order has been picked and packed, we may not be able to stop or change the order. You will then need to return the item/s for a refund of that cost. We will not be able to refund the shipping cost

If the order has not been picked:

We can cancel an item, we will change your order and refund the cost of the item

We can only change an order provided the cost is no more than the current item, as we are unable to take payment over the telephone (any overpayments will be refunded)

If the new item is more expensive we can put the order on hold, cancel the item and refund that amount. You can then place a new order, email us the order number and we will merge the orders and refund any overpaid delivery costs
